dot Tickets is a digital ticketing platform operated by dot Brands and Distributor Services Inc.

By accessing or using our website, applications, digital wallets, or services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Platform Use
You may use dot Tickets only for lawful purposes. Misuse, fraud, or unauthorized access is prohibited.

2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Ticketing Role
dot Tickets is a technology provider, not the event organizer. Event organizers are responsible for event execution.

4. Digital Tickets & Wallets
Tickets may be delivered via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Screenshots or duplicated tickets may be denied entry.

5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Fees are disclosed at checkout.

6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the event organizer’s policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
dot Brands and Distributor Services Inc. is not liable for event changes, cancellations, or entry denial.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Barbados.
